As the name suggests, this website facilitates getting assistance from an actual person. This site used to use a chat window within this website, however, now using Telegram to do it.

Why Telegram? This is a very powerful yet simple platform with various ways of communication (not just a chat window).

Even though this site has been around since April of ’23, the old chat system is now gone and the new Telegram group was created just recently (late December of ’25). If you are new to this site (or been here before), please join the Telegram group (even if you are one of the first few), the more members the more ‘assistance’ will be available for its members.

Nobody is an expert in everything, but, everyone is good at least one thing. Let’s share the know how and move humanity forward.
